An-Chou Yeh received a First Class degree honor in MEng Aerospace Materials Engineering from Imperial College, UK, and a PhD in Materials Science and Metallurgy from Cambridge University, UK. His research interests include alloy design, additive manufacturing, single crystal casting, superalloys and high entropy alloys. He has received numerous awards, including the Marcus A. Grossman Young Author Award from ASM International, the Excellent Young Engineer Award from Taiwan CSME, the Mercator Fellowship Award from the German DFG, and the Excellent Young Academic Researcher Award from Taiwan MRS-T. According to Stanford University’s Meta-Research Innovation Center, he is ranked among the world’s top 2% of scientists in the field of Materials. He currently serves as the Director of the High Entropy Materials Center (HEMC) at National Tsing Hua University, Taiwan, leading the development of High-Entropy Materials and advanced manufacturing technologies.
